CARE CENTER SPECIALIST/JEWELER

Our client is a rapidly growing luxury watch and jewelry brand that combines Swiss precision with captivating design. Focused on creating wearable works of art, the brand aims to offer an unforgettable experience to its global clientele. They are currently seeking a CARE CENTER SPECIALIST/JEWELER in Palma de Mallorca, whose mission will be to provide high-quality customer service by adapting the pieces to customer needs, always ensuring demanding quality standards and delicate care in handling processes.

Main responsibilities will include:

– Providing excellent after-sales service to customers.
– Engraving pieces, adjusting and polishing, according to the indicated instructions and requested requirements.
– Carrying out role-specific maintenance tasks following quality standards, using sophisticated quality and safety control tools.
– Performing size increases and reductions on the requested pieces.
– Collaborating with the sales and logistics departments in the handling and sale of pieces.

Requirements:

– Experience in executing specialized luxury jewelry techniques, ensuring high standards of quality, precision, and finishing.
– Our client will request a written declaration stating the absence of a criminal record.
– Proven experience in structured aftercare and service management, including warranty oversight, international repair coordination, performance tracking, and continuous quality improvement within a luxury environment.

Required experience:

At least four years of proven experience performing the described functions.

Required training:

Vocational training or Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in jewelry and/or gemology, knowledge of materials and techniques or similar.

– Making molds and participating in the design will be highly valued.
– Ability to restoration.
– Knowledge and/or mastery of photography.
