MARKETING MANAGER

Are you passionate about luxury, customer-focused, and a marketing professional? We are looking for aMARKETING MANAGER in Palma de Mallorca, for an exclusive Swiss luxury watch and jewelry brand. The mission is to position the brand’s identity on social media and reach our target audience by building trust with influencers and content creators.

Reporting to the Director, the main responsibilities will be:

– Managing and growing the brand’s presence on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn (occasionally print media) through content creation.
– Analyzing CRM data to create customer profiles and offer personalized campaigns and experiences.
– Creating email marketing and retargeting campaigns.
– Developing and executing monthly content calendars aligned with product launches, events, and brand storytelling.
– Creating original content: photos, videos (brand and products), reels, stories, product demonstrations, customer testimonials, and trend-based content. – Build and maintain relationships with editors, journalists, influencers, and trendsetters in key markets.
– Support the execution of key brand events and create digital moments around those events.

Requirements:

– Proven experience managing and growing brand accounts on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
– Excellent writing and visual storytelling skills.
– Staying up-to-date with social media trends, AI, algorithms, and the digital behavior of luxury consumers.
– Experience with CRM systems.
– Fluent in English and Spanish.
– Residence in Mallorca.

Experience required:

– More than 5 years of experience in luxury marketing, public relations, or digital content creation.

Education required:

– Degree in Marketing and Advertising and/or Audiovisual Communication.

Languages required:

– Spanish: Native.
– English: Expert.

Valued requirements:

– Knowledge and fluency in additional languages ​​will be considered an asset.
– Experience working in small teams or startups.
